VII.5 This Lease has been developed in two counterparts in Czech and in two counterparts in English, whilst the English text is a true version of the Czech original. Either party will hold one counterpart of the Czech version and one counterpart of the English version.

VII.6 The Contractual Parties declare expressly that before signing this Lease they read it carefully and that the Lease has been concluded upon their genuine and free will, definitely, in a straightforward manner and solemnly and that they agree to its content, which their confirm by signing their own hands.
